2023

Mr. Bendix Busch, 4th generation, joins the company.

2022

Construction of a new administration building at the Wilnsdorf plant.

2016

Renovation of the main administration in Iserlohn.

2013

Replacement of the 6-ton crucible induction furnace with a state-of-the-art 7-ton crucible induction furnace.

2009

Appointment of Ms. Rebecca Hillebrand-Busch as partner.

2008

Expansion of storage capacities with the construction of a 1,500 m² hall.

2006

Mr. Marc-Oliver Busch joins the management board.

1998

Inbetriebnahme eines zusätzlichen 6 to Tiegel-Induktionsofens in Wilnsdorf, Kapazität ca. 7.000-8.000 to Messing-Blöcke/Jahr. Schmelzbetrieb in Iserlohn wird eingestellt.

Ms. Rebecca Hillebrand joins the company.

1984

Acquisition of the Wilnsdorf facility as an additional production site. Total production approx. 3,850 t/year.

1979

Founding of "Franz Hillebrand KG".

1963

Relocation of the company to Kastanienallee 15, Iserlohn.

1959

Mr. Hans-Joachim Hillebrand joins the company.

1957

Due to objections from Metallgesellschaft, Frankfurt, regarding name similarity, the company is renamed "Franz Hillebrand".

1950

Founding of "Metallgesellschaft Mark" by Mr. Franz Hillebrand in Mendener Landstraße, Iserlohn, together with Mr. Walter Jost. Start of metal remelting.
