For over 70 years, we have been a reliable producer of copper casting alloys in our own smelter.<\/p>

<\/p>

In the early days, Hillebrand metal was melted at the company headquarters in Iserlohn\u2014a region historically and traditionally known for its large number of metalworking companies. Since 1984\u2014and now exclusively\u2014we have been producing our metal at the plant in Wilnsdorf. <\/p>

<\/p>

The production capacity of our smelter is approx. 7,000\u20138,000 tons of ingot metal per year. We melt using the latest converter technology in induction crucible furnaces. This technology enables efficient metal melting in terms of metal yield and energy consumption. It also ensures flexibility when changing alloys. <\/p>

<\/p>

Franz Hillebrand GmbH & Co. KG is known as a leading producer of polishable, fine-grained brass alloys for the sanitary fittings industry (brass castings). Surface quality, grain structure, and strict adherence to customer specifications are our top priorities. Alloys are primarily produced according to customer requirements within the framework of DIN EN 1982 and the applicable drinking water standards. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Additionally, we manufacture copper casting alloys for the building services industry, mechanical and plant engineering, and the automotive supply industry.<\/p>
